About the opportunity: Based in Macquarie Park, the Planning Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Demand and Supply Planning team in the end-to-end order fulfilment process ensuring all production and sales requirements are met and inventory levels are maintained.
You will be responsible for: Supporting end-to-end order fulfilment process with internal and external vendors to ensure product availability.Pro-actively working with vendors to resolve any potential supply delays.Communication of supply shortages / excess with key stake holders and provide visibility of potential supply interruptions to external/internal customers.Identify and resolve supply exceptions through orders management, re-allocation of existing inventory and reviewing safety stock parameters.Maintaining planning system data to assure highest possible level of data integrity.Delivering required reports, metrics and analysis as need in a timely manner.To be successful in this role you will need: +2 years of experience in Supply Chain, ideally in a FMCG business.Experience in planning in an MRP-based production environment and SAP knowledge required.Import/Export documentations experience would be an advantage.Independent and resourceful team player, able to multi-task and excel in a collaborative environment.Strong communication and ability to influence key stakeholders.Strong analytical aptitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.What can we offer you?
