About the Role:
As a Planning Coordinator at our Inverell Processing Facility, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating production schedules, liaising with various departments, and prioritising tasks to meet both internal and external deadlines.

Your key responsibilities are, but not limited to: Preparing daily production planning and packing sheets to manage in progress and finished orders to meet shipping dates according to sales forecast or customer orders; Working cross-functionally to ensure a detailed production plan is achieved, and actively review production schedules; Working with the Sales and Logistic teams in achieving customer requirements e.g. maintaining supply and achieve and improving customer service level targets; Assisting with managing short- and long-term demand fluctuations; Assisting with preparing, analysing, distributing short term plans; Preparing and distributing documentation and reports; Striving for change and continuous streamlining and improvement. What you'll bring: Excellent customer service skills. Proven experience in handling a range of stakeholder and customer enquiries. Ability to organise, multi-task, prioritise and work under pressure. Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise. Highly developed verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external suppliers professionally and proactively. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook). Attention to detail and naturally strong numerical ability. Ability to work a flexible roster, that suits your lifestyle.
