Planning Consultant

We are currently in collaboration with a distinguished town planning consultancy located in Perth CBD, actively in search of a skilled Town Planner to enhance their dynamic team.

Ideally, you should boast a background of 2 or more years in town planning within Perth, with experience spanning public or private sectors. As a versatile planner, your proficiency in understanding prevailing planning schemes and optimizing land use is indispensable for this role.

To be eligible, you must possess: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field. Up-to-date industry and market knowledge of Western Australia Town Planning legislation. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. The capacity to manage and support clients in specific planning projects. A commercially savvy mindset to cultivate new business. Great organisational skills. Be a team player.
