Our Opportunity: Joining our team for a six month contract position, our new Planning Assistant will step straight into this varied and fast paced role, based in our Macquarie Park office.
This entry level role will see you assisting in the Buying and Planning process by providing effective administration support to the team and assisting with the allocation process to ensure appropriate stock levels are distributed across our stores.
You will be utilising your strong problem-solving and customer service skills on a daily basis as well as your high attention to detail and accuracy. Your proactive approach and great organisational skills will also support your success in this role, working within a likeminded team with an enormous passion for fashion.
Key responsibilities will include: Provide administration support to teamManage store queries and communicate with stores and DC as requiredSupport Planner allocate stock levelsSupport with purchase order managementData entry of markdowns and promotions into system accuratelyAssist with preparation of reportsTo be successful in this role, you must have: Fashion or relevant tertiary qualifications desirableCompetent with MS suite, specifically MS Excel and WordStrong administration skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detailWhy work for Suzanne Grae?
