Planning & Approvals Officer

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Council Approval Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about customer service and adept at navigating the intricacies of building codes and council requirements.

Primary Responsibilities

Streamlined Processes: Develop and implement efficient workflows for council approvals, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.Site Visits: Conduct site visits as required to facilitate accurate council assessments.Regulation Expertise: Provide clear and accurate interpretations of the Building Code of Australia (BCA) and other relevant regulations.Cost Management: Work closely with customers to manage council requirements, ensuring optimal cost outcomes.Client Support: Assist clients with complex design requirements and provide expert guidance.What We're Looking For

Strong knowledge of BCA and other building regulations.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to balance attention to detail with efficiency in fast-paced environments.A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering great outcomes.Experience in sales is a plus.Apply Now
