EPMO Leader
EPMO Planning & Prioritisation Specialist
EPMO Portfolio Delivery & Quality Specialist
EPMO Analyst The EPMO Planning & Prioritisation Specialist, located at Lenah Valley in Hobart's northern suburbs and reporting to the EPMO Leader, will manage the portfolio process through to investment decision with positive outcomes for stakeholders. This role will work with leaders across the business, with a focus on non-network areas such as digital, innovation and business services to translate strategic business plans into a prioritised pipeline of programs and projects that meet our regulatory allowance.
The role will support and challenge leaders in identifying needs analysis and business cases and ensure quality of submissions, guiding leaders and teams in the definition phase through to funding approval stage gate. Insights will be delivered on capacity management and identifying risks such as constraints and cost. This role will be responsible for developing and administering the enterprise value framework for TasNetworks that will be used to assess possible investments across diverse portfolios in an objective manner.
About you We are looking for a strong communicator with the ability to drive outcomes with diverse leaders and have demonstrated ability to respectfully debate to stretch thinking.
You will have demonstrated experience bringing discipline and structure to a diverse portfolio with broad objectives and be comfortable with flexibility required through project definition. You can translate long-term strategic thinking into near-term actions in the portfolio, and have a sound commercial understanding.
You have extensive experience (5+ years) in business planning, portfolio management, portfolio delivery, investments and/or business cases.
You will have relevant tertiary education with engineering, digital, commercial or business disciplines or demonstrated proven experience. You will preferably have experience in the energy sector and an understanding of financials in a regulated business and/or a background from Strategy or Commercial.
