This role involves managing the scoping of SOWs and Annual Line List elements, optimizing sequencing, manning allocation, and managing interfaces for maximum efficiency.
The Planning and Execution Lead will serve as the key point of contact between the Execution Team and Work Packaging/Planning teams to ensure deliverables are aligned and accurate.Your day-to-day responsibilities include:Leading and driving the scoping and work packaging efforts to organize Annual Lists into manageable SOWs, based on factors such as geographical proximity, rectification priority, application system, and access requirements.Taking responsibility for leading the preparation of the Annual Execution Plan (AEP) in collaboration with the Work Package Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, and Scheduler/Planners.Coordinating between Planners/Schedulers, Work Package Engineers/Quantity Surveyors, and the Execution Team (Supervision) to translate scoping and estimation efforts into actionable schedules.Overseeing the detailed scheduling efforts by managing interfaces between the Planning/Scheduling and Execution teams to ensure accurate and timely schedule maintenance.About youMinimum of 10 years' experience, with at least 5 years in the Scaffolding, Coating, and Insulation industry.Proven background in the energy, mining, and/or construction sectors, with site experience in coordinating and executing remediation scopes.Strong leadership experience in a similar role is highly desirable.Previous experience in an engineering or contracting environment is advantageous.Operational experience in scope execution management.Experience with modeling software such as Navis Works is desirable.Why you should work for AltradWe provide the benefits you'd expect from a global company, but what makes us different?Our Opportunities: Embark on a thrilling journey with us, tackling diverse and exciting challenges on some of the world's most prominent resources, energy, and infrastructure projects.Our Vibrant Culture: Immerse yourself in a dynamic atmosphere where problem-solving is a way of life.
