Reporting to the Planning & Environment Manager, you will provide support to gain environmental approvals for the development of large-scale renewable energy and power transmission projects in the Pilbara.
Key Responsibilities Building relationships with key stakeholders and assist the business to secure all environmental approvals required for new projects.Coordinate environmental investigations and manage specialist consultants deliverablesCollaborate with internal teams to manage schedule, contractors and environmental outcomesManage compliance and reporting of project environmental commitmentsUnderstanding and ensuring projects comply with regulatory, governance and community requirements Your background Strong understanding of environmental regulations and best practicesExcellent technical skills in environmental science or engineeringExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in a similar role in energy, mining or infrastructure projectsThe ability and willingness to travel to the Pilbara, including remote areasWorking at APAAt APA we're committed to fostering a safe and inclusive workplace where you can achieve your best.
