We are a world leader in the delivery of healthcare solutions in any setting, particularly those that are remote, challenging or under-resourced.We are currently looking for an experienced Workforce Planning and Performance Director to join our Culture and Performance team as a hands-on advisor to the broader business, developing fit-for-purpose workforce strategies and innovating our existing programs and people project.About the position:The Director will be key in tracking and measuring talent and workforce trends across national and international regions. This role emphasises a forward-looking approach to workforce planning, developing strategies that align with the organisation's current and future needs while ensuring a responsive, adaptable workforce. This role will provide subject matter expertise and work collaboratively with the Culture and Performance Team and across departments to align planning with business objectives, ensuring a workforce strategy that is agile, efficient, and optimised for success.Primary Director Duties and Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement a strategic workforce planning framework that aligns with organisational goals.Forecast short and long-term workforce needs, identifying current and future gaps and potential risks based on business growth projections, economic trends, and internal mobility.Collaborate with business leaders to anticipate changes in workforce requirements and build a responsive plan for future needs.Develop and enhance "fit-for-purpose" workforce strategies to ensure that talent resources are optimised for various business needs, focusing on roles that are critical to the organisation's success.Leverage workforce analytics and data to identify trends in turnover, hiring, productivity, and engagement, providing insights that drive strategic decision-making.Develop a suite of reports to track and measure workforce risks and mitigations.Engage with business units and operations to validate and refresh workforce plans that can be integrated with overall business planning and strategy.Research and analyse labour market trends, competitor workforce strategies, and industry benchmarks to position the organisation competitively in talent acquisition and retention.Assess regulatory, economic, and social factors affecting workforce availability and adaptability, providing strategic recommendations to mitigate potential impacts.Skills and Qualifications:Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related field.5+ years of experience in workforce planning, HR strategy or data modelling.Ability to work independently and to be hands on.Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on engaging with various stakeholders.The ability to deliver customer-centric solutions in a complex and diverse business environment.
