Are you an analytical thinker with a passion for business planning and capital forecasting? Join Bis Industries as a Planning Analyst and play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining essential planning tools that drive our long-term success. Reporting to the Planning Manager, you'll help shape strategic decisions from your choice of workspace – whether it's from our Tomago site, your home office, or a hybrid mix.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and maintain the master plan across all time horizons. Conduct capital forecast modeling and scenario analysis to guide business decisions. Assist in developing business cases to support sound investment planning. Create and present planning performance reports, leading continuous improvement. Ensure data quality and compliance within our CMMS system. You'll work closely with:

What You'll Need
5+ years of experience in a similar role. Strong analytical skills and experience in modeling and scenario analysis. Asset management and lifecycle costing expertise. Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI and JDE is a plus. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. About Bis
