The Commission is seeking a highly motivated planner to join our dynamic, collaborative, and flexible team. We can offer you a variety of exciting, rewarding, and challenging work, including assessments on proposed planning reform rules, scheme amendments, some development applications, and major projects, technical reporting, and provision of information to a range of stakeholders. The Commission's work covers a diverse range of land use and development matters throughout the State, which will provide you with a variety of opportunities for career growth and learning new skills.

Hours per fortnight73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.DutiesProvide a high level of professional planning advice and support to the Commission and its delegates as required.Prepare recommendations to the Commission regarding its statutory land use decision-making and other functions.Prepare a range of assessment documents, as required.Liaise with planning authorities and the community about the Commission's functions and resolve issues as they arise.Minimum RequirementsTertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.Eligibility for membership of the Planning Institute of Australia (PIA).
