Planning & Administration Officer - Muswellbrook NSWReliable Conveyor Belt is an independent, Australian owned company with six branches in NSW, specialising in the servicing of conveyor systems.

Reliable Conveyor Belt is seeking applications from experienced administrators to manage the allocation of labour.
Reporting to the Branch Manager as a key and valuable member of the Operations team, you will be based at Muswellbrook and provide administration and organisational assistance for the maintenance, servicing and repairs of Conveyor Systems to our clients in the area.
What you will be doing: Organising and planning of work at mine sites including the allocation of work and employees.Using business systems to raise purchase requisitions, keeping our employee's induction information and tickets up to date.Organising inductions and medicals.Organising accommodation.Being the first point of contact for the branch.Providing administrative assistance for projects, maintenance and shutdowns.We are seeking applicants with the following attributes: Previous experience in or demonstrated ability to effectively organise and plan work in a similar industry or workplace.Exceptional verbal, written communication and listening skills.Ability to provide support and be part of a team.Excellent time management skills and ability to work to strict deadlines.Demonstrated knowledge, experience and understanding of business systems and processes including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.Strong leadership, interpersonal and relationship management skills.Excellent problem-solving skills including the ability to use initiative to manage issues, drive outcomes and suggest process improvements.Diplomatic, assertive and systematic.Cert IV in Frontline Management, Certificate III Business Administration or equivalent experience.First Aid.Drug & Alcohol Testing qualifications.Please include a resume AND cover letter in your application.
