Comprising Plenary, RATP Dev, Siemens, and Webuild, the private sector partners are looking to build their metro rail expertise to deliver this city-shaping project, which will be delivered under a Public Private Partnership model and will provide a major economic stimulus for western Sydney.Mission:The primary purpose of the role is to support the Program Manager with all the Program activities of the O&M Contractor in a Public Private Partnership.Reporting to the Program Manager, you will oversee the O&M program, monitoring its progress and integration with the broader consortium program using Primavera software. Additionally, you will continue developing the O&M program in collaboration with all company directors to ensure its thoroughness and completion.Main Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with the key values of the organisation in all parts of the role.Ensure safety remains a core priority in all actions within this role, including the identification of hazards, recording of risks, and implementation of controls in accordance with correct procedure.Ensure accountability and sustainability for the environment.Detailed planning and composition of the O&M readiness program, measuring progress, preparation of progress reports, critical path analysis, and determining delay recovery measures.Preparation of a comprehensive overall project time schedule.Migration of the current O&M program from MS Project to P6.Controlling to meet target dates in the different technical disciplines in conjunction with consortium partners and developing mitigation and acceleration measures.
