About the role
HCA has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Planner – New Build.
Based in our Dandenong Branch, you will be responsible for the achievement of customer satisfaction via the delivery of new machines on time and to a quality standard.
You will also:
Review and establish new machine build schedules based on Sales department priorities.
Ensure a thorough understanding of the Scope of Work for engagements and undertake all planning and preparation for successful delivery.
Procure and manage the supply of parts and resources by meeting the delivery schedule.
Ensure sufficient inventory is held to meet build volume requirements.
Implement new processes and further improve current planning practices to deliver our forecast targets.
Work within the company's WHS policy and identify opportunities to improve.
As the ideal candidate, you will also have:
Demonstrated experience in Project Scheduling.
Demonstrated experience using scheduling software.
High-level attention to detail.
Strong time management skillset.
