SUMMARY OF THE ROLE Mammoet are looking for a pro-active and analytical addition to our Australian planning team. As a Planner, you'll be forming the link between our site superintendents and head office teams to plan and schedule equipment and personnel movements around our various operations within the Pilbara.
The role will be suitable for a Port Hedland local as the position based in our Port Hedland office on a Full-Time, Monday-Friday basis.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Planning of personnel and or core equipment in the applicable systemsMaintaining quality and delivery of purchased resourcesEnsuring operations are in compliance with SHEQ standards and proceduresInstructing and notifying assigned personnel during mobe and demobe of the jobCoordinating, executing and maintaining administrative activities in line with internal requirementsMaintaining equipment registersLiaising with site Superintendents and Logistics departmentsBuilding and maintaining good working relationships with our crewsTravelling to site on an occasional basis to provide support with site operations WHAT YOU'LL NEED General knowledge / experience in planning or schedulingSAP experience highly preferred or similar systemsAssignar experience highly regarded or similar systemsKnowledge of Cranes and/or transportation within the Pilbara region and/or mining sector is a bonusStrong communication and computer skillsA desire to learn, willingness to take ownership and to be adaptable WHAT YOU'LL GET Join our Rewards and Recognition program for monthly, quarterly and annual prizesAccess to Mammoet's Employee Assistance ProgramPromote our values of Love the Work, Take Care, perform as a Team, Results Count and Be responsibleJoin a team where you are an important member of a close-knit community of professionalsSalary sacrificing and Novated leasing options available WANT TO KNOW MORE?
