Amplify the strategic direction and deliver holistic media solutions - weave different crafts together for a completed, seamless campaign ideaGet ready to develop creative campaign responses, respectfully challenge and build on strategies and ideas to touch all connection points.
You will lead ideation team sessions and guide stakeholders and agency partners to deliver these compelling strategies.Execute optimisation recommendations, connect different teams and build on the consumer experience mapping and framework.This is a role that gives you the space to bring your personality and love for media to build some of the best campaigns in the industry.Who are you?You've have an understanding of the consumer journey across different media touch points and how they are interrelated.You are a thinker and storyteller at the heart.
It's probably the two key attributes that we value above all others.You've got a natural desire to keep up to date with the latest technologies.You're equipped with techniques and activities (e.g.
divergent & convergent) that help to facilitate creativity.You value teamwork and work seamlessly with colleagues, valuing diverse perspectives and fostering a supportive environment.You know how to translate a media plan into a consumer experience map that demonstrates how consumers pass through the journey.You've got awesome time management skills.You can demonstrate the ability to solve problems through an original and creative approach, thinking outside the box of conventional media solutions.
