Planner

The Company Our client is a leading global FMCG manufacturer, with a portfolio of iconic products.
They are looking for a short-term planner to support the team.
The Role Reporting into the National Inventory Manager, the role will be primarily focused on the planning of stock transfers between manufacturing sites to warehouses and/or the transfer between warehouses.
Key tasks within the role include:   •    Coordinate the movement of finished goods from production sites to distribution centers and customers.
•    Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability across the network •    Collaborate with production, logistics, and demand planning teams to align supply with customer needs.
•    Analyse data to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
•    Resolve deployment issues promptly to maintain high service levels.
Skills and Experience  •    Experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
•    Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
•    Proficiency in supply chain tools and systems  •    Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
•    A proactive approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
