McConnell Dowell Diona Joint Venture (MDJV) are seeking an experienced Planner to join our team based in Adelaide CBD. MDJV is one of three Major Framework Partners working together with our client to deliver a $1.6bn Capital Delivery Program to improve water and sewerage services for South Australians.
Reporting into the Project Controls Lead, responsibilities of this role will include:
Aligning JV and SA Water requirements to ensure new initiatives and reports are collected.Creation of project tracking tools against each required action.Management of planning and controls functions for the Framework.In consultation with relevant Framework personnel, establish and maintain accurate construction, procurement and deliverables schedules based on the Work Breakdown Structure and contract requirements.Update schedules on a regular basis to accurately reflect current status of progress.Amend schedules to reflect changes to the project scope.Conducting monthly reporting functions for scheduled Framework and Project reports.About you
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
Relevant tertiary qualificationsMinimum 5 years' relevant industry planning/scheduling experience.Minimum 2 years experience using Primavera Software P6 within an Enterprise environment.Knowledge of project planning systems.Competnent in undertaking resource and cost allocation and updating within Primavera P6 to produce functional reports.Competent in planning and organising work schedules.Knowledge of risk management systems.Ability to read technical drawings.Understanding of civil construction infrastructure projects.About Us McConnell Dowell – Creative Construction
