SUMMARY OF THE ROLE Mammoet are looking for a pro-active and analytical addition to our Australian planning team.
As a Planner, you'll be forming the link between our site superintendents and head office teams to plan and schedule equipment and personnel movements around our various operations within the Pilbara.
The role will be suitable for a Port Hedland local as the position is based in our Port Hedland office on a Full-Time, Monday-Friday basis.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Planning of personnel and or core equipment in the applicable systems Maintaining quality and delivery of purchased resources Ensuring operations are in compliance with SHEQ standards and procedures Instructing and notifying assigned personnel during mobe and demobe of the job Coordinating, executing and maintaining administrative activities in line with internal requirements Maintaining equipment registers Liaising with site Superintendents and Logistics departments Building and maintaining good working relationships with our crews Travelling to site on an occasional basis to provide support with site operations WHAT YOU'LL NEED General knowledge / experience in planning or scheduling SAP experience highly preferred or similar systems Assignar experience highly regarded or similar systems Knowledge of Cranes and/or transportation within the Pilbara region and/or mining sector is a bonus Strong communication and computer skills A desire to learn, willingness to take ownership and to be adaptable WHAT YOU'LL GET Join our Rewards and Recognition program for monthly, quarterly and annual prizes Access to Mammoet's Employee Assistance Program Promote our values of Love the Work, Take Care, perform as a Team, Results Count and Be responsible Join a team where you are an important member of a close-knit community of professionals Salary sacrificing and Novated leasing options available WANT TO KNOW MORE?
