About the role: In this position, you'll support project management teams by establishing and managing detailed schedules, ensuring compliance with Zinfra procedures, and driving continuous improvement in Project Controls to enhance project delivery effectiveness.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing schedule integrity, evaluating project performance for risk management, documenting changes, enhancing control systems to mitigate risks, providing project planning services, and ensuring progress measurement and compliance.
Key responsibilities include: Develop and maintain project schedules in MSP or P6 as required in line with Zinfra processes.
Provide cost forecasting and analysis support.
Work closely with construction teams to ensure robust and accurate resource-loaded programmes are in place and maintained.
Provide timely and accurate internal and external reporting to key stakeholders.
Support proposals and estimating with accurate project programs.
Monitor time and cost controls, and assist with time extension claims.
Update project controls procedures and guidelines as needed.
Collaborate with internal clients for customer satisfaction.
About you: You'll bring experience in project time management in executing design and construction contracts.
You'll showcase strong communication skills and an internal focus on customer relations, along with the ability to foster key relationships.
Your capacity for systems thinking, attention to detail, prioritisation, and resilience will be highly valued.
You will also bring with you: Construction experience in power generation or transmission space.
Engineering or Project Management qualifications.
Proficiency in executing design and construction contracts.
Familiarity with Project Management processes and controls.
Efficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project desirable.
Tertiary education in Engineering or Construction Business.
