Responsibilities Build seasonal budgets in conjunction with the product team feedbackBuild, implement and manage assortment plans to achieve department financial KPIsMaintain the accuracy and integrity of the financial projectionWorking with product design and sourcing teams to provide feedback on merchandise volume and attributesUndertake appropriate pre & post review preparation, analysis, presentation and subsequent strategy build and executionControl the department stock levels and weeks cover, with a focus on aged stock reductionWork closely with the Inventory Management team to ensure stock levels are optimised to drive sales and profitability Required Skills & Experience Previous experience in merchandise planningExpertise in sales forecasting, budgeting, option planning, managing OTB and inventory managementPassion for retail with an analytical mindAble to demonstrate sound relationship management and influencing skillsExcellent commercial and business acumenExcellent working knowledge of Excel Perks Generous discount to be used across all of our 7 brands, and access to our sample sales across all brandsCentral office location based on St Kilda Rd, with direct access to the picturesque Fawkner ParkWork closely within a supportive and fun environmentOpportunities to support your ongoing growth and developmentExperience working for an international company with 7 iconic Australian brands If you are looking to take the next step in your career, then we want to hear from you.
