BW Offshore is looking for a Planner to join our Darwin team, reporting to the Technical and Maintenance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing operational/asset objectives from a planning, scheduling, and progress reporting standpoint.
This position is an onshore position and will be based in Darwin, Northern Territory.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Serve as a focal point in the preparation, maintenance, progressing, and reporting of the Asset Integrated Schedules covering 14D, 60D, 6M, 6Q, and 5Y operational/maintenance routines.
Support the Technical and Maintenance Manager in the preparation of Maintenance Schedules including coordination and communication of these schedules to all parties.
Liaise with Vendors, OEMs, and BWO internal departments to ensure timely confirmation and mobilisation of vendors, reps/technicians as per the integrated plan and/or ad-hoc requirements.
Work with Human Capital Admin and Logistics to maintain rosters in support of helicopter scheduling and passenger loading planning.
Support in the management and levelling of offshore personnel (i.e., Core crew and visitors) within the allowable POB for the Asset and report promptly forecasted challenges with POB.
Identify and create service purchase requests within relevant program and liaise with Procurement and Logistics in scheduling as required.
Schedule and monitor progress of the entire procurement and logistic cycle to ensure availability as per the required-on site dates.
Assist in the preparation and management of budgets and control expenditure in conjunction with Financial department and Asset Manager.
Actively participate in reviews of JSA's, FSA's, and RCA's as required.
Prepare and manage required reports, forecasted look ahead, preparation of S Curves, and maintain historical documentation.

Qualifications

10 years relevant experience in the Oil and Gas industry
FPSO/Offshore experience is highly desirable

Industry-specific knowledge of systems, organisation, procedures, and regulatory body requirements.
High attention to detail and ability to prioritise.
