The successful candidate will be responsible for managing operational/ asset objectives from a planning, scheduling and progress reporting standpoint.This position is an onshore position and will be based in Darwin, Northern Territory.Key Tasks and ResponsibilitiesServe as a focal point in the preparation, maintenance, progressing and reporting of the Asset Integrated Schedules covering 14D, 60D, 6M, 6Q and 5Y operational/ maintenance routines.Support the Technical and Maintenance Manager in the preparation of Maintenance Schedules including coordination and communication of these schedules to all parties.Liaise with Vendors, OEMs and BWO internal departments to ensure timely confirmation and mobilisation of vendors, reps/ technicians as per the integrated plan and/or ad-hoc requirements.Work with Human Capital Admin and Logistics to maintain rosters in support of helicopter scheduling and passenger loading planning.Support in the management and levelling of offshore personnel (ie.
