Job Description We are seeking to appoint a Planner in our Brisbane office. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Engineering & Design team. Reporting directly to the Principal Planner you will be responsible for the planning, urban design and project management related duties on a range of projects, both on site and in the office. Specifically: Preparation of Statements of Environmental Effects to accompany Development Applications which are fit for purpose, practical, cost effective, and comply with relevant statutory controls Review, assist and provide urban development advice for developers, industry, business, Government and Local Government in relation to a range of matters, including: Planning proposals Due diligence for site acquisitions Contributions, Land, LEP and rezoning planning Infrastructure planning Lodge development applications, construction certificates, subdivision certificates, service authority approvals and other applications with Council and State Government agencies as required. Keep up to date with relevant legislation, policies and regulations associated with urban development and town planning.
