THE ROLE PURPOSE AND SCOPE Working as part of the Vesta Team and reporting to the Scheduling and Administration Supervisor, the Planner and Scheduler is required to develop and monitor work schedules, ensuring efficient and effective resource utilization of Vesta staff.
The Planner and Scheduler will also be responsible for the coordination of access from tenants to facilitate timely and safe access to residences and equipment.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Plan work activities using Prometheus/SAP Determine and monitor resource capacities to enable the development of detailed schedules for planned and reactive maintenance activities.
Prepare schedule documentation for all scheduled works Analyze metric data and organizational processes for potential efficiencies and improvements.
Collaborate efficiently and effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure organizational goals are realized.
Ensure system data is maintained in an accurate and consistent manner Develop and maintain metrics reporting and performance indicators Provide technical and system information/training and support as required Ensure compliance with all environmental health and safety requirements Any other reasonable duties as requested QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Essential: Certificate IVDesirable: Certificate in Planning & Scheduling activities or similar, SAP/Prometheus experience, knowledge of computer software and applications, works with minimal supervision, experience working as part of a dedicated team, administrative abilities to include writing and developing policies & procedures, communication and interpersonal abilities, safety culture knowledge or experience.
TICKETS AND LICENCES Drivers License EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS Minimum Essential: 2 years' experience working in a similar role.
WORK ENVIRONMENT, PHYSICAL DEMANDS, AND MENTAL DEMANDS Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 10kgs, kneeling, standing and walking, routinely sitting and constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, and must be able to work under deadlines.

Able to fluently read, write, and speak English.
Australian or US citizen.
