This role will be responsible for providing improvement and project management support to deliver initiatives that ensure planned surgery Operating Suite capacity is optimized and appropriately balanced to meet both emergency and planned surgery demand.About You:You will be a highly motivated professional who brings energy and enthusiasm to their work each day. You'll be an experienced and inspiring leader who can engage, coordinate, and influence a broad range of stakeholders, including senior clinical leaders, to collectively deliver the Austin Health Planned Surgery Optimisation project objectives.You'll further have:A tertiary qualification in a health or management discipline.
