As a Placement Specialist (Administrative Assistant) at Medrecruit, you will have one of a kind problems to solve in this dynamic role. You will have strong administration experience and love structure and processes. You crave order in your work and take pride in dotting all the 'i's' and crossing all the 't's' before going home for the day. You are also the type of person who can deal with a last-minute curve ball with a smile on your face and re-prioritise your tasks to get whatever needs doing done.

In this varied and fast-paced role, you will work alongside our recruitment consultants providing administrative support with the logistics and documentation needed for our doctors to commence their work placements. You will develop and nurture meaningful relationships with our:
Hospitals/Health Services, by understanding their workforce regulatory requirements and assisting them to ensure all compliance legislation is met. Doctors, by assisting them through the documentation requirements and travel/accommodation needs for their work placements. Recruitment Consultants, by collaborating to provide a premium level of service to our doctors and clients aligned with Medrecruit values. Some of your key tasks will also include:
Coordinating complex travel and accommodation arrangements across multiple placements. Interpreting and managing the accurate completion of compliance and regulatory documentation. Maintaining doctor and client records in line with legislative requirements. Preparing final reports outlining details of work placements. Supporting in various administrative tasks, such as Reference Checking, Police History Checks and other Work related clearances. A successful Placement Specialist is:

A natural problem solver who is solutions focused. Comfortable multitasking and balancing continuously shifting priorities. Someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Experienced in providing exceptional customer service and support to others.
