Position Overview Based in the Allied Health and Human Performance Unit at the City East campus Part-time 0.5 FTE, fixed-term contract until 28 March 2025 Commencement salary: $70,476 per annum pro rata (plus 17% superannuation) About You You are a strong communicator, always displaying clarity, diplomacy, and sensitivity.

About the Role Reporting to the Team Leader: Clinical Placement Unit, you will be responsible for coordinating metropolitan, rural, interstate, and international student placement activities and providing administrative support relating to students enrolled in programs across Allied Health and Human Performance, and Clinical and Health Sciences.
Essential Skills and Experience Highly developed written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to communicate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders providing excellent customer service Well-developed organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities within set timelines and proactively find solutions whilst working under pressure Ability to develop and apply a thorough understanding of the Academic Unit's programs and their placement requirements Experience in developing and maintaining paper-based and electronic administrative systems and experience in identifying and implementing quality improvement initiatives Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits Getting a great job working with the best is just the start.
