Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute placement contracts, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.Handle student and employer enquiries, providing excellent customer service and support.Manage student and employer documentation, maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality.Organise and communicate placement logistics, ensuring seamless coordination with stakeholders.About You:
We are looking for an experienced administrative professional who can work effectively as part of a team. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to respond to internal and external client needs promptly.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with excellent organisational skills and flexibility during peak periods.Knowledge of MS Office applications, with proficiency in generating letters, reports, and database management.Familiarity with information management systems, including Student One and CELCAT.About Box Hill Institute:
