About the Role IHNA is now seeking an experienced person to take the leadership in sourcing and organising suitable agreements with the placement centers for IHNAs students.
Note: Requires on-campus presence at Perth SGT for 3 days a week.
Desired Skills and ExperienceAdditional duties may be assigned as needed to fulfill the role's requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities: Liaising with other campuses to share information in appropriate locations.Manage the requesting of places for all courses through appropriate booking procedures.Manage orientations for facilitators at facilities.Publish facilitator visit information to all partiesDeal with any placement issues in conjunction with other program coordinators and Campus Manager.Establish and mange procedures for dealing with placement facilities and learning contracts.Demonstrated administration experience in education institution.Key Selection Criteria: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)/ Upgrade TAE.Bachelor of Nursing qualification preferredSatisfactory experience in a clinical setting, as RN Div1 (Mandatory)Experience of working with Registered Training Organisation (desirable)Understanding of ASQA/ANMAC regulatory guidelines and standards is desirable.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Please note successful candidates are required to have the following checks: National Police Clearance (valid within the last 6 months) or willing to apply for one.Working with Children Check or willing to apply for one.
