Bathurst's iconic woodfired pizza bar, Church Bar is looking for an experienced pizza chef to take on the head position.
A position has become available for a head pizza chef/cook with a minimum of two (2) years' experience, a strong work ethic, and an ability to keep calm under pressure.
The position is a full-time role which includes evening and weekend shifts.
We will provide on-the-job training in preparing traditional, Italian, hand-stretched pizzas with our head chef, with an opportunity for the right candidate to grow with the business.
We are looking for an experienced pizza cook with:
Proven ability in stock management and waste minimisation Experience in menu design and preparation including weekly specials and promotions Ability to lead other staff and take on head chef responsibilities when required Must currently be living in Australia In return, we offer the right candidate:
