The Opportunity:
Join during an exciting time of our transformation journey as we continue to build out and develop our ERP System, upgrading workflows, reporting and utilising AI tools. Assist Project Managers throughout the Project Lifecycle with project set-ups, invoicing, reporting and close outs in our ERP system. Assist in documenting and communicating operational policies and procedures. Collaborate with the Finance Team and troubleshoot adhoc queries. Have variety in your day by working across multiple projects. Initially, this role is a 6 month contract. What you bring:
We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude who can take ownership of tasks, prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will enjoy working independently whilst still being supported by a national team.
Some of your experience will include:
5+ years' experience in project administration. Strong multi-tasker with experience coordinating activities across multiple projects. Experienced in stakeholder engagement and developing relationships. Experience in procurement preferred (desirable not essential). Proficient MS Excel knowledge + MS Office suite. Previous CRM/ERP system experience highly regarded. Continuous improvement mindset with a strong desire to learn and develop skills. Strong analytical skills. You have an eye for detail, enjoy problem solving and coming up with process improvement and efficiencies. Why join us:
