Reporting to the Senior Mining Geologist, you must handle a range of sampling tasks and ensure the safe transportation of samples.
The position will also be vital in grade control, ore-mark ups, spotting, and data entry.
Undertake diverse sampling tasks, including site blast-hole sampling, plant sampling, ROM sampling, density and moisture sampling.
Organise safe transportation of samples from sites to the laboratory.
Assist with data entry, validation, and processing related to mining operations Assist technical services and mine operations teams in delivering results aligned to organisational goals.
What is required?
Minimum 2 years' experience working in the same Mining Production environment Competent utilising MS Office suite, including Microsoft Excel and Word Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate to all level of the business Current Western Australian 'C Class' Drivers Licence  Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment  About Wodgina Located 110 kilometres by road south of Port Hedland in the Pilbara region, Wodgina is one of the largest known hard rock lithium deposits in the world.
As a Tier 1 asset, Wodgina is central to MinRes' Lithium division and its large village hosts 704 rooms.
