The Role As one of our Centre Technicians, you will be expected to deliver consistent, accurate, high quality customer service and plant & machinery repair work to our customers. The job will challenge you to provide solutions and build relationships with a variety of customer types. This is a hands-on role in our fast-paced workshop.
You will be part of a team serving customers over the counter, taking sales enquiries over the phone and providing the highest standard of customer service which we all pride ourselves on giving. Our role is best suited to applicants who reside in the Port Hedland area or are ready and willing to relocate.
You To be considered for this position you can be any gender, age, ethnicity, size or shape but you must have:
A mechanical background Previous hose assembly experience is not essential; however, you will ideally have:
A trade certificate and/or previous experience within the Hydraulics industry being highly regarded A strong understanding of and a commitment to faultless customer service Strong verbal and written communication and numerical skills Organized and reliable, with a team player attitude An underlying level of urgency balanced with strict attention to detail The ability to think on your feet and solve problems under pressure A readiness to uproot and relocate to Port Hedland Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
