The role We are seeking an experienced Construction lawyer with 3+ years PQE to join our busy and successful Projects, Infrastructure & Construction team in our Melbourne office. This position offers the successful candidate the unique opportunity to work on a wide range of front and back end high quality construction work across a broad spectrum of construction matters and contractual disputes. You will need to demonstrate solid expertise in drafting of commercial and litigation documents, provision of commercial legal advice and be commercially astute.
This role will give you the opportunity to consistently challenge yourself through being exposed to a range of interesting projects, construction and infrastructure work, as well as being exposed to a range of clients including head contractors, developers, consultants and subcontractors.
You will be provided with continuous learning opportunities and will be mentored and supported as you develop your career as a Projects, Infrastructure & Construction Lawyer. Your learning experience will be underpinned by an excellent CLE program, and the opportunity to build relationships within our National Projects, Infrastructure & Construction Team and gain exposure to work across Australia.
