Pipeline Lead

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Agile project delivery pipeline, driving project success, and ensuring the successful execution of our Agile methodology.
Mandatory RequirementsProven experience in Agile project delivery and project management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Citizenship mandatory. Level of clearance to be mentioned.Location of contractor to be mentioned in CV.Desired Attributes and SkillsExperience with Agile project management tools and methodologies.Knowledge of Agile best practices and frameworks.Experience with Agile team management and coaching.Familiarity with Agile reporting and analytics.Experience with Agile project delivery enablement and content management.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize the Agile project delivery pipeline, including sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning.Develop and execute project delivery strategies to drive project success and achieve project goals.Collaborate with Agile teams to understand project requirements, develop solutions, and deliver projects on time and within budget.Provide regular project delivery reports and forecasts to senior management.Identify and address pipeline gaps and opportunities for improvement.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Agile project delivery.
