As a Pipeline Engineer, you will be responsible for high quality engineering and deliverables that will see you take your career to the next level. Your role will be diverse, allowing you a broad range of design experience with piping, pipelines and mechanical engineering projects.
About the role Our Brisbane office is looking for a Pipeline Engineer to join us. As a Pipeline Engineer you will:
Provide technical support in the Engineering and Design processes for oil and gas pipelines.Develop and support in FEED and Designs studies including detailed design calculations.Develop and support in the development of scoping documents such as routing studies, construction methodology, design criteria and alignment sheets.Participate and support in Risk assessment and associated workshops.Prepare and support in cost estimates, equipment summaries and tender packages.Write technical reports as required.About You Key skills you will bring to the role are:
2-5 years' experience in design of Oil & Gas pipelines or associated facilities.Good understanding of AS2885, ASME B31.3 of AS 4041 and other relevant standards and codes related to the pipeline industry.Ability to perform engineering tasks with minimal supervision.A degree in Mechanical Engineering or other suitable engineering degree.Ability to manage your time and work independently.We are Agile This allows us to be light on our feet and progressive as we don't get bogged down in bureaucracy.
