NTS Group is a dynamic organisation that delivers programs in 3 main areas:Water & Wastewater Infrastructure MaintenanceWater & Wastewater Infrastructure RenewalsWater & Wastewater Infrastructure ProjectsWe are based on the Gold Coast and have forged strong relationships with local utility providers. We are currently undertaking a number of large maintenance & renewals programs, as well as continuing to deliver key pipeline projects with local Government Authorities. Night work and overtime is available. We have a range of contract options: Full-time, flat rate or casual. Rate will depend on capabilities, skill set, chosen contract and current tickets.SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTSHave proven experience in construction works / pipe laying – water and wastewaterStrong knowledge of maintenance and repairs to existing sewer and water infrastructureAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and standardsStrong leader with ability to lead small teams and plan works through execution phaseHave a strong attention to detail and ability to complete as constructed records and documentationHold Cert 3 Pipe laying Certificate/Civil Construction an advantageCompetent at following systems and completing day to day forms (prestart, JHA)MR license - HR license preferred (If none, willingness to obtain)Hold a Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card)Have a strong safety focusBe reliable, punctual and willing to be part of a teamCert III in pipelaying, Confined space, Asbestos removal preferred but not essential
