A professional and loving family in Pimpama, QLD are seeking a bubbly, mature and reliable nanny to assist with the household and care for their 2 happy children (12 yr old girl and 9 yr old boy).
An ideal nanny will have a fun loving and kind personality.
You will need to be energetic, able to work with the children's routines and have organisational skills to manage the busy afternoons with experience supporting children to manage afternoon activities and homework.
Reliability, flexibility and communication skills are also valued.
The role will mostly consist of arriving at the home to complete light household tasks, pick up the children from school, take to activities, engage with, have a break and then work on homework and prepare the evening meal.
The carer's responsibilities for this role will be as follows – To supervise the childrenFollow the children's routinePick up from schoolTake to after school activitiesLight household duties – ie – packing/unpacking dishwasher, bench wipe down, sweep, laundry foldingMeal prep for the familyRun errands and grocery shop (at times)Assist with homeworkContract: Permanent/long term The days and normal hours are – 2-5 afternoons per week – (Flexible on days and hours for the right candidate). Mostly afternoons hours of approx 2.30pm-6.30pm however more hours on offer if you prefer a household manager/nanny role. Note: Full driver's licence required and own vehicle. Option to live in (accommodation) if the nanny requires this.
