Purruna Spencer Newton Centre is a vibrant community hub dedicated to promoting health and wellness for individuals of all ages. We are on the lookout for passionate and certified Pilates Instructors to join our vibrant team. Our facility features a stunning, boutique-style Pilates studio equipped with 16 reformer beds, offering a diverse array of wellness programs for our community.
As a Pilates Instructor, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, engaging, and effective group classes that adhere to our format guidelines. Your ability to connect with participants will not only motivate them but also enhance their overall experience. Through your dedication and expertise, we aim to inspire a commitment to health and well-being, one participant at a time.
THE ROLE
As a Pilates Instructor, reporting to the Pilates Studio Manager, you will:
Conduct dynamic group Pilates classes that cater to various skill levels. Ensure the safety and appropriateness of exercises for all participants. Build strong connections with class members to foster motivation and engagement. Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere in every session. Contribute to the development and growth of our wellness programs. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Successful candidates will have:
Reformer Pilates Certification Matwork Certification (Desirable) Professional Registration with applicable governing body HLTAID009 Provide CPR (or be willing to obtain) Certificate of completion for "Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect" (RRHAN-EC) Masterclass training (or be willing to obtain) THE BENEFITS
