Generous base salary + car allowance + unlimited fuel card + phone allowance Work for one of Australia's fastest growing companies, United Petroleum Best Places to Work Winner - 4 years in a row About the Role: The Pie Face Specialist will play a pivotal role in helping Pie Face sites stay compliant, improve performance, and – ultimately – sell more pies!
Through hands-on coaching, training, and site evaluations, you'll help store teams elevate their customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence: Evaluate and resolve in-store Pie Face operational issues, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster brand growth.
Training & Development: Deliver new and refresher training for Pie Face team members and Commission Agents, both one-on-one and in team sessions.
Compliance Monitoring: Oversee site compliance with Retail standards & Food Safety.
Audit & Reporting: Gather, compile, and report audit data; provide insights and respond to internal audit inquiries.
Continuous Improvement: Identify obstacles, adjust processes based on feedback, and develop contingency plans to ensure smooth site operations.
New Store Support: Assist with setup and training for new store openings as part of expansion efforts.
About You: Relevant Experience: Background in fast food, restaurant, or hospitality roles (McDonald's experience a plus) Analytical Skills: High attention to detail with strong analytical and administrative skills.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor style for rapport building and team collaboration.
Multi-Market Management: Familiarity with managing operations across multiple sites or market segments.
Adaptability & Professionalism: Ability to handle changing priorities, manage workloads, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility & Travel-Readiness: Must have a valid driver's license, with availability for frequent travel, including overnight stays and travel as needed.
