Your role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Engage with clients over the phone to update information and conduct fact-finding Schedule and confirm client appointments with Financial Advisers Provide an exceptional service experience to build and maintain client relationships Conduct both inbound and outbound calls to facilitate seamless client service Support Financial Advisers with scheduling and client information management Utilize CRM and financial platforms to manage client workloads Frequent use of Microsoft Office programs. About you The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
Proficient with computers and MS Office. Strong attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and team members effectively. Competency in multitasking and prioritising workloads. Collaborative and adaptable with the ability to work with a diverse team of professionals. Ready to Make a Difference?
