About the role:The Picking Team Leader is responsible for assisting the Picking Supervisor with the management and implementation of the picking strategies in order to achieve budgeted production levels.
There is more to fruit picking than you would think! Although this can be a physical role, the people, culture, safety focus, continuous innovation, and on the job learning makes this a career to be excited about!
The role will complement a friendly, motivated applicant who loves to jump in and collaborate with others, leads by example and enjoys being hands-on!
