Following exciting growth plans, we are looking for a Picker/Packer to join our team in Carole Park.
About the role: As a Picker/Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of orders by selecting and packing parts from our inventory according to order specifications.
You will maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock replenishment, while supporting a safe, organised, and compliant workplace.
Your efforts will directly contribute to our company's mission of delivering top-quality products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities: Paper Picking: Accurately pick parts and products according to paper pick lists. Packing and Labelling: Securely pack items, label boxes correctly, and ensure packaging meets quality standards. Stock Replenishment: Regularly replenish shelves and bins, maintaining inventory availability and compliance with stock rotation protocols. Cycle Counting and Inventory Accuracy: Conduct cycle counts and assist in updating inventories. Stock Organisation and Cleanliness: Keep the parts supermarket and work area clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards. Safety, Environmental, and Quality Compliance: Adhere to all safety, environmental, and quality guidelines and participate in related training sessions. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation and promptly report any discrepancies or issues. BreatheSafe Hours of Work 5.30am – 2.45pm Monday to Thursday 5.30am – 11.30am Friday Every second Friday off (long weekend) About you: You are a detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.
You have experience in warehouse or inventory management roles and possess a solid understanding of safety protocols and inventory control procedures.
You thrive on accuracy, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and labelled correctly every time.

Qualifications and Experience: Open Driver's License (manual preferred). Previous experience in a warehouse, inventory management, or similar role. Knowledge of safety protocols, including WHS standards. Familiarity with inventory management software and systems. Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks). Skills and Competencies: Proficient in using inventory management software and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Adaptability to changing work demands and conditions. Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
