About the role: We currently have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and committed Warehouse Pick Packer to join the rapidly growing boutique Warehouse located in Cheltenham.
Spread across three warehouses, the facility ships unique brands ranging from beauty, skin care, hair care, clothing and swimwear to children's sensory toys and much more.
This exciting position would ideally suit someone with a strong background in Retail or E-Commerce who understands the complexities involved in product handling, inventory management, coding, and efficient stock processing.
Responsibilities of the role include Management of all warehouses day-to-day activities including: Packing e-commerce orders Shipping e-commerce orders Reverse logistics for returns Warehousing & storage Inventory Management National & International Distribution Reaching productivity objectives/targets Collaborating with team members to ensure high level objectives are met on a daily basis Employee safety and wellbeing To be successful in this position you must possess the following: $31.23 per hour Casual role / Must be flexible with hours Prior experience working in retail/e-commerce or warehousing/logistics/supply chain environment Experience in driving engagement, recognition and team building Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong customer focus At HOBAN we encourage applications from people with disability, people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, people of all genders, LGBTI people, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
