The Pick Mod Coordinator reports to the Pick Mod Manager.Core Competencies:Strong Communication Skills (both written and verbal)PlanningPriority SettingSolution OrientedHigh Level of Proficiency:Problem SolvingTime ManagementInformingComposureJob Duties:Track customer orders in picking pending or prior statusProper knowledge of prioritization of orders based on level of shipping gradeDrive a performance-based environment, metric driven by utilizing/analyzing real time dataPartner with Manager as needed to set daily unit goals for Pick Mod throughputCommunicate with management regarding customer picks' progressManage staff's productivity, deliver timely feedback/recognition and partner with Manager for escalated corrective actions when necessaryCorrect/Report inventory discrepancies in the MOD via cycle counts/reconcilesEnsure High Value picking area (cage) is maintained securedDrive and participate in continuous improvement initiatives that contribute to people, processes, and performancePartner with Manager to own Training program and assess comprehension or identify any further developmentPartner with Leads and QC auditors to delegate tasks and goals to teamAttend meetings such as alignment, debrief, and 1-on-1 TBsPerform other functions and activities as directed by ManagementParticipation in frontline EHS program requiredCheck emails for shift handover and any notices that may need to be covered during huddleVerify check out of rf scanners from the scanner room and logTurn on all conveyors (1 st Shift) and conduct MOD walk throughUse reports to identify and communicate priorities, unit goal, NRG projects and expected departure timePartner with leadership team to host huddle, share goals, priorities, and feedback from previous day's SRS report and any Handover notesShort any containers reported to Compliance Log after IQC approvalTroubleshoot any Aged replens, transfers and/or returnsComplete ReconcilesDelegate and send out all Priority orders with an expected time of completionPartner with Induction team and Leads to ensure all supplies are fully stocked/accessiblePromote and enforce Weekly Safety Topic by handing out Safety cards and immediately addressing unsafe actions using Observation cardsPromote and enforce Weekly Quality Topic by making observations and immediately addressing anyone that are not compliantPeriodically check emailsEnsure Keys to Cage are in drawer and cage is closedTurn off all conveyors (2 nd shift) and conduct MOD walk throughVerify check out of rf scanners to the scanner room and update logSend Shift handover log to Pick Mod email group, Victoria, and TevinRequirements:College degree or experience preferredPrevious administrative and warehouse experienceProficient in Microsoft OfficeAble to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressureAble to work well within a team environment, offering support to team members as neededAble to work flexible hours and occasional overtime The Dallas Cowboys provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.#J-18808-Ljbffr
