What you'll be doing:Collaborative Work: Partner with our Strata Managers to handle repairs, maintenance, levies, meetings, compliance, and insurance.Client Interaction: Use your top-notch service and communication skills to connect with committee members, resolving issues and providing information via email or phone.
Your warm and friendly approach will make every interaction a positive one.Organisational Excellence: Sharpen your organisational skills by maintaining and managing documents and records related to building schemes within our document management system.About you:Administrative Experience: You have a solid background in administration with strong document management skills.Property Management Knowledge: Experience in property management, strata/body corporate, or real estate is a plus, but not a requirement.Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
