About the role Are you a go-getter and dedicated Administrator seeking a fresh start in 2025? Join our growing Community Select team in Sydney. This role is a full-time permanent position. Reporting to the National Team Leader, you will be responsible for onboarding contractors to the work order platform, ensuring compliance with PICA requirements, maintaining accurate contractor records, processing document updates, and acting as a reliable point of contact.
Objectives Onboard contractors to the work order platform, ensuring all business registrations, licenses, and insurance meet PICA requirements. Maintain high accuracy in vetting, entering, and updating contractor details in the UBN platform. Use the company's task management system effectively and maintain the contractor database. Process daily document updates and follow up on contractors with lapsed documents. Implement fraud prevention protocols and manage preferred and blacklisted contractors as requested. Act on behalf of the Community Select Manager in their absence, build relationships with customers and employees, and stay informed to provide accurate advice to PICA clients. About you Ideally you will have 2 years' experience in a similar all-rounder role specializing in administration, but if not, the right attitude and willingness to learn and grow will set you apart from the rest! You're known for outstanding client service and communication skills (written & verbal). You can professionally deal with clients and third parties. You have an eye for detail and exceptional time management skills. Having your Certificate of Registration (Strata) is highly desired but not a deal breaker.
