Location ProfileDromana College is located on the Mornington Peninsula, approximately 85km south of Melbourne. The college has a student population of 1800, with students bussed in from all parts of the Mornington Peninsula.

RoleThe classroom teacher classification comprises two salary ranges- range 1 and range 2. The primary focus is on planning, preparation, and teaching programs to achieve specific student outcomes.
As teachers gain experience, their contributions to the school program increase. All classroom teachers may be required to undertake additional duties as appropriate to their qualifications and experience.
Classroom teacher Range 2: Plays a significant role in improving student performance and educational outcomes, contributing to school policies and priorities.
Classroom teacher Range 1: Focuses on developing skills and competencies with structured support, responsible for teaching their own classes and assisting in policy development.
ResponsibilitiesThe role may include but is not limited to:
