Responsibilities Team Leader and Injury Management: Provide regular professional supervision, feedback, and performance appraisals for staff.
Assist the Manager of Injury Services in implementing strategic initiatives and ensuring quality management of services.
Establish and maintain key customer relationships.
Develop, coordinate, and implement plans that address return-to-work barriers, assisting ill or injured employees in achieving a safe and durable return to their pre-injury or new roles.
Engage in professional report writing and email communication.
Foster stakeholder engagement.
Apply high-level conceptual and analytical skills to develop innovative solutions for complex problems in the implementation of return-to-work programs or strategies for maintaining employees with medical conditions or injuries at work.
Provide proactive return-to-work advice and guidance.
Maintain confidential and comprehensive injury management case notes.
Collaborate effectively in a team environment and contribute to achieving team objectives.

Professional Association Membership : Membership in a relevant professional association as approved by Workcover WA or Heads of Workers Compensation Authorities.
WA Driver's License : Valid driver's license for Western Australia.
Knowledge of Legislation : Familiarity with the WA Injury Management & Workers Compensation Act 2023 and Regulations 2024.
Experience : Minimum of six years' experience in workplace rehabilitation and experience supervising professional staff.
